I never expected to feel so disappointed after my visit to Bee Busy Wellness Center. I went there hoping to access my medical records, but the whole process felt really inefficient. Staff seemed overwhelmed and were not very accountable, which only added to my frustration. I occasionally use their services, but if they want to improve things for future patrons, some serious adjustments are needed. It’s such a shame because they offer so many great services that could really help the community.
