I heard about this place through a friend who had a family member receive care here, and I must say, my experience was quite heartening. My brother stayed here for some time, and it was a huge relief knowing he was well taken care of by a friendly and attentive staff. The atmosphere felt warm and inviting—definitely not like a typical facility! Tracy, the nurse who was primarily responsible for him, was absolutely wonderful. She took the time to listen to both of us, answering all our questions with patience and understanding. My brother mentioned feeling comfortable, which was my primary concern. The only hiccup was the scent of cleaning products; it was a bit overwhelming at times, so I hope they can address that for a better experience overall. Still, I’d highly recommend this place if you’re looking for quality care with a compassionate touch!
