I wasn’t thrilled with my recent experience. I went in for a brow cleanup, hoping for something that would enhance my natural shape. Instead, I left feeling disappointed and somewhat frustrated. It felt like the staff lacked a solid understanding of current beauty trends and aesthetics. I could tell that the technician wasn’t quite in tune with what I wanted, and the interaction itself felt a bit rushed and not very welcoming. It’s such a shame because I wanted to love this place, but given my past visits, I had higher expectations. I really think better training for the staff could go a long way in elevating the overall experience. I might consider trying somewhere else next time!
