After my session at Beauty & Co., I felt an incredible sense of comfort and ease. Paris, the practitioner, made me feel instantly welcome with her friendly demeanor. We discussed what I was looking for during the consultation, and I never felt rushed or pressured. It was clear she really cared about my comfort and goals. The entire atmosphere was so inviting, I left feeling positive and rejuvenated. I can't wait to return and continue my journey with them!

When I decided to try laser hair removal, I was excited and hopeful. After all, who wouldn't want to ditch the razor for good? The first few sessions felt fine, and I was optimistic about the results. However, my experience started to take a turn. The professionalism from the manager left much to be desired. I often felt dismissed and unimportant, which isn’t the vibe you want when you're investing in your appearance. I understand that everyone has off days, but there were multiple instances where I felt the staff could have been more attentive and caring. Plus, the inconsistency in treatment results added to my disappointment. If they could improve upon the customer service aspect and ensure a more welcoming atmosphere, it would genuinely transform the experience. Unfortunately, I’m left feeling underwhelmed and unsure if I'll return.
