I didn’t expect to feel so disappointed after my visit to Bayside Nail & Spa in Downtown San Diego. I was really looking forward to a nice nail enhancement, but the service just fell flat. The staff seemed overwhelmed and honestly a bit rude, which was surprising given their reputation. The color selection was quite limited, and the polish I did choose didn’t even last a week before chipping. I think with a bit more training and maybe some fresh colors, they could really improve. 💔
