Right from the moment I walked into Baylor College of Medicine in the Medical Center Area, I had a frustrating experience. I went in for a psychiatry appointment, hoping for a supportive environment, but was met with rude customer service from the receptionist, William. It felt like my concerns were dismissed rather than addressed. I really think they need to hire someone with better interpersonal skills. Luckily, I occasionally seek care elsewhere, but this experience left me feeling quite disheartened.

I wasn’t expecting such a frustrating experience during my appointment. While Dr. Horvath seemed knowledgeable, the whole process felt disorganized. I struggled with scheduling my visit and when I got there, I found the billing communication to be completely lacking. I left feeling more confused than when I arrived. The staff was unresponsive, which only added to my disappointment. It would be great if they could streamline their scheduling and keep patients better informed about billing. Although the medical care is important to me, these logistical issues really overshadowed my visit.
