Since my visit to Baylor College of Medicine, I've had mixed feelings about the overall experience. I was there to support my brother during his appointment, and while the staff were professional, I felt the entry process was a bit restrictive for accompanying visitors like me. As if that wasn’t frustrating enough, finding parking was a real challenge! I think they could really benefit from rethinking their parking and entry policies to make it easier for families and support people. Still, I appreciate the care they provide and hope they can enhance that for everyone involved.
