I wasn’t thrilled about my follow-up appointment with Dr. Ashwin Viswanathan. While I appreciate his expertise in pain management, my overall experience was a bit frustrating. The assistant I interacted with seemed unfriendly and lacking in empathy, which really impacted the visit. I walked away feeling more stressed than I should have, especially when all I needed was some reassurance about my treatment plan. I hope they can improve their patient interactions. I didn’t expect my EMG appointment to be such a letdown. While I’ve had decent experiences here before, this time the communication was off. It felt like I was just a number on a list rather than a patient. Scheduling was confusing, and there was a noticeable lack of professionalism from the staff. I really think they need to focus on improving their scheduling process and ensure everyone is on the same page. It’s disappointing because I know they have the potential to provide great service.
