I was pleasantly surprised by my experience at Basin Beauty Inc in Bergen Beach! I decided to treat myself to a Russian manicure and pedicure, and let me tell you, my nails have never looked better. From the moment I walked in, the staff, particularly Olga and Aya, were so friendly and welcoming. They really took their time to ensure everything was perfect. The attention to detail was impressive; I felt pampered throughout the whole process. I can’t recommend this place enough if you're in the area and need some nail love!

As I walked into the nail salon, I had high hopes for my manicure. The place had a lovely feel, and the staff was incredibly friendly, welcoming me with warm smiles. However, my experience didn’t quite match my expectations. I was looking for a unique nail design that would stand out, but when I showed the technician my reference pictures, it felt like there was a disconnect. The end result didn't capture the essence of what I wanted at all. I left feeling disappointed, wishing I had communicated my design preferences more clearly beforehand. Maybe if I had been able to discuss my ideas in a bit more depth, things would have turned out differently. I hope they consider allowing more time for appointments so that clients can really express their desires. Overall, while the atmosphere was wonderful, I didn't achieve the nail design I had hoped for.
