After visiting recently, I was genuinely impressed with the level of care I received. First off, the staff was incredibly courteous and welcoming, which made a world of difference. I went in for some urgent orthopedic care after a hiking mishap 😅, and they quickly assessed my situation. They even provided me with information on physical therapy options to aid my recovery, which I really appreciated. It felt good to be in such capable hands. Plus, I learned about their integrative therapies—yoga and tai chi sound like a great way to complement my healing process! All in all, I left feeling hopeful and optimistic about my journey to recovery.

What drew me in was the warmth of the staff. I’m not a fan of hospitals, but my experience here was surprisingly pleasant. The doctors and nurses went above and beyond to make sure I felt cared for; they took the time to explain everything and really listened to my concerns. I had some issues with my joints, and their hydrotherapy sessions worked wonders! I left feeling better than I expected. If you're ever in need of some serious care with a personal touch, this is the place to go!

It’s hard to express just how disappointed I was after my latest visit. I had gone in for some medical treatment, hopeful and expecting a thorough evaluation. Unfortunately, I left feeling like my concerns weren’t taken seriously. The staff seemed judgmental, and there was a lack of the proper testing I really needed. Instead of a supportive experience aimed at my health, it felt rushed and dismissive. I believe that in any healthcare setting, taking the time to properly assess patients is vital, especially when it comes to issues like joint pain or recovery from injuries. I wish I had received better treatment, particularly considering the wide variety of services they offer here, from physical therapy to integrative therapies. I genuinely hope they can improve on how they interact with patients in the future.
