I couldn’t believe how my experience turned out, considering all the positive things I’d heard. I went in with the hope of finding some solid support for my mental health, but I left feeling a bit frustrated. While the services offered are extensive—from behavioral health to stress management—my concerns about privacy seemed to fall on deaf ears. It felt like my personal information wasn’t being handled with the level of confidentiality I expected. On top of that, I had some dietary restrictions that weren’t accommodated at all. It's disappointing because I really believed this place could help. So, I suggest they focus a bit more on ensuring privacy and catering to individual needs. Overall, my occasional visits here left me wanting, and I hope they can improve these aspects moving forward.
