On top of that, there’s some confusion with billing that could definitely use clearer communication. While Dr. Jonida Krate was friendly, the overall experience didn't feel as thorough as I hoped it would be. I believe improving the communication with patients and ensuring concerns are addressed would really enhance the experience here.
