No doubt about it, my experience at the surgical facility left me feeling a bit frustrated. While the building itself was clean and modern, the quality of care just didn’t meet my expectations. I found the staff interaction to be rather impersonal, which is disappointing when you're seeking a comforting environment during such a vulnerable time. I was hoping for a more engaging experience where I felt heard and cared for, but it fell short. Overall, I’d say there’s room for improvement in how they connect with patients to make the experience more supportive.

After visiting Banner Health for my orthopedic surgery in Camelback East Village, I have mixed feelings. The actual surgery went well, and I felt confident in the skill of the surgeons. However, my experience with the post-operative care left me a bit disappointed. Initially, I encountered quite poor care at one facility, but thankfully, the staff at Banner Health were wonderful and truly showed they cared about my recovery. It's clear they have some great people there! For those going through knee surgery recovery, I would have appreciated better support with practical aids like portable practice stairs. Overall, if they could step up their follow-up care, it would make a world of difference.
