I walked in with some chest discomfort and hoped to get some clarity during my consultation. It felt like I was going in circles with the scheduling team, and there wasn't much communication regarding the doctor's availability. Once I finally got in, the staff engagement was not what I expected. They seemed rushed and didn't take the time to discuss my concerns in detail. I believe there’s definite room for improvement in how they manage appointments and communicate, especially when patients are seeking help for urgent issues. I genuinely hope they can work on this, as overall care is so important in healthcare.
