From start to finish, my experience with Banner Health left much to be desired. I was seeking a medication prior authorization, which I imagined would be a straightforward process, but the lack of follow-up on my request was incredibly frustrating. It felt like my needs were just sidelined, and each time I reached out, I was met with unresponsive staff. It's disheartening, especially when you're relying on the health system to assist with something as crucial as medication. I really believe they could improve their communication and follow-up process to better serve their patients. Here's hoping they take this to heart!

I’ve always loved the convenience of living in Phoenix, but my experience at Banner Health in Good Samaritan left me feeling frustrated. I went in hoping to get a quick prescription refill, but the process took much longer than expected. The staff seemed overwhelmed and unresponsive to my needs, which added to my irritation. I believe for a place that deals with such crucial health issues, enhancing the communication and follow-up process would not only help patients like me feel more supported but also truly improve their overall experience. It’s disappointing to feel neglected when so much is at stake, especially when managing something as significant as diabetes.
