I walked in feeling hopeful about my muscle biopsy consultation, hoping to finally get some answers to my ongoing concerns. While the staff was friendly and welcoming, my visit left me incredibly frustrated. I felt like my worries weren't fully considered, and the follow-up wasn’t as thorough as I'd hoped. If you're looking for attentive care, you might want to manage your expectations. This experience didn’t help me identify or rule out any muscle diseases, which was my main goal. I believe a bit more attentiveness could really make a difference here.

I’ve been going for occasional Botox treatments in hopes of getting some relief from my headaches, but my experience has been a bit inconsistent. 😕 The actual treatment seemed to help, and I felt some relief afterward, but the scheduling has been pretty frustrating. Sometimes I’d have to wait longer than expected, which is never fun when you’re dealing with pain. The staff varies quite a bit in how they interact, with some being super friendly and helpful, while others seem rushed and a bit detached. I’d love to see more consistency in both scheduling and staff interactions for a smoother experience. Overall, I appreciate the service, but there's definitely room for improvement! ❤️
