After experiencing therapy at Banner Health in Camelback East Village, I have mixed feelings. On one hand, Avi was fantastic—very supportive and knowledgeable about injury recovery, which is exactly what I needed. The therapy sessions helped, and the overall vibe was friendly. However, I was pretty disappointed with the billing process. It felt a bit unclear and could definitely use some improvement. If they could sort that out, it would make the experience so much better for everyone.
