I’ve been to a lot of health facilities in Downtown Phoenix, but my recent visit left me feeling pretty frustrated. While the doctors here are undeniably skilled and knowledgeable, which is a plus, the front desk staff could really use some training on customer service. I walked in hoping for a smooth experience, but I was met with rude comments that put me off right away. It’s disappointing because a little friendliness can go a long way in making patients feel comfortable. I recommend they work on making the front desk more welcoming. Overall, great doctors, but the lack of professionalism from the staff overshadowed my visit.
