When I first tried to schedule an appointment for my son, I was met with more frustration than I had anticipated. The staff on the phone were unfriendly and seemed disinterested in helping me. I understand that places can get busy, but a little kindness goes a long way, especially when kids are involved. I really hope they can work on improving their customer service and make the scheduling process smoother in the future.

On the day of the surgery, Kelly Paulson was there to guide us every step of the way, ensuring we were all on the same page and that our questions were answered. The staff was incredibly friendly, creating a calm atmosphere that made a positive difference. I walked away feeling grateful for their support and professionalism. It’s comforting to know there are such dedicated people out there ready to help families like mine. I wholeheartedly recommend them for anyone in need of urological care.

I wasn’t thrilled with my experience at Banner Health during my child's recent pediatric surgical follow-up appointment. I had hoped for a more seamless process, especially after surgery. Unfortunately, the lack of clear communication about the appointment scheduling was frustrating. While Dr. Ariella Friedman was knowledgeable, I felt the overall patient care, particularly from the staff interactions, fell short. There was a distinct lack of compassion and bedside manner, which can really add stress during an already anxious time. I believe they could greatly improve by reevaluating their grace period policies for appointments and focusing more on patient care. It’s essential to feel supported, especially in situations like this. I would suggest someone looking for pediatric care to consider these aspects before committing.
