Right from the start, I felt welcomed by the friendly staff. Alma took the time to thoroughly explain the Botox procedure, which made me feel much more at ease. The treatment itself was surprisingly quick and I could immediately see a difference in my skin—softer and much more refreshed! I appreciate how attentive they were to my concerns and the overall positive atmosphere. If you’re looking for skin improvement, I highly recommend this place!

After my visit, I can't help but feel disappointed with the service I received. I was really looking forward to a relaxing facial and massage, but the overall experience left a lot to be desired. First off, the cleanliness of the facility could use some serious attention. There were a few areas that felt a bit grimy, which is not what you want when you're trying to unwind. Additionally, the heating was inconsistent; I found myself shivering at times during my treatment, which definitely detracted from the pampering vibe I was hoping for. The staff was friendly enough, but they seemed unresponsive to my concerns, which added to my frustration. I love treating myself every now and then, but I think I'll be looking elsewhere next time.
