Upon entering, I was met with a noticeable lack of organization that led to a frustrating experience. I occasionally visit to access my medication, but each time I'm left wondering why there aren't more staff members available to assist. The service efficiency here could definitely use some improvement. My interactions with the staff felt a bit unprofessional at times, and I believe they could benefit from better training. It’s disheartening because I really want to access my medicine without feeling like I'm going through hoops to get it.
