I’d highly recommend seeking out addiction counseling elsewhere if you can. My experience was a bit disappointing. While some of the staff were friendly, I often felt like their approach was condescending rather than supportive. The counselor I had didn’t seem very experienced, and I left each session feeling more confused than when I arrived. I genuinely think they need to invest in hiring more experienced counselors and consider a change in leadership to bring in fresh perspectives. It’s hard when you’re looking for help and don’t feel like you’re getting the best support. I really hope they can make some improvements because I believe the community deserves better! ❤️

I understand everyone deserves time off, but having someone on hand for calls, especially during a busy season, would really help. Overall, I appreciated the services, but the customer service aspect left me wanting more.
