There’s no place quite like it for getting back on track with my injuries! I recently went in for physical therapy to help with my shoulder and ankle, and the experience was fantastic. The moment I walked into Austin Sports Medicine for my surgery consultation, I was hopeful that my incontinence problems would finally be addressed. However, my experience was far from what I had anticipated. I felt the staff was unprofessional and even a bit arrogant. Communication was lacking, and I didn’t feel like my concerns were taken seriously. Although my incontinence has improved somewhat, I can't help but feel that the appointment process needs a serious overhaul. Better monitoring and a greater focus on customer interaction would really enhance the patient experience. I came in looking for solutions for both my incontinence and back pain, but left feeling frustrated instead. It's disappointing because I genuinely wanted this to be the place that could help me.
