When I finally made the decision to treat myself to a massage, I was so looking forward to it. Unfortunately, I found out that they were closed on the day of my appointment, which was super disappointing. I get that things happen, but a little more communication would have gone a long way. The staff were polite, but they didn't have much to offer in terms of solutions or rescheduling options. It left me feeling pretty let down, especially since I was hoping for some solid stress relief. A little better appointment management would really help avoid this kind of situation. I'm still hopeful to try again, but I think a more proactive approach to customer service would really improve the experience.

What I loved about my visit to this wellness center in Austin was the welcoming atmosphere. The massage I received was decent and hit a few spots I needed work on, but I left feeling a bit disappointed. The noise from outside was a bit distracting, making it hard to fully relax. Also, the stability of the massage table could be improved; it felt a bit wobbly at times, which took away from the overall experience. I enjoy treating myself to a massage occasionally for relaxation, but I think I might look into other options in the area for a more tranquil setting next time.
