AUC Physical Therapy

After hearing so many great things about the physical therapy options available in Jamaica, New York, I decided to give it a try. I went in for some therapy to help me recover from a work-related injury and was pleasantly surprised by how welcoming and friendly the staff was. Leslie, my therapist, was so knowledgeable and really took the time to understand my issues. She created a personalized exercise program that not only got me back to work faster than I expected but also helped my mother regain her ability to walk with more confidence. I truly appreciated the emphasis on balance and stability training; it made such a difference! I can happily say my experience was genuinely positive, and I’m now able to continue my daily activities without the discomfort I once had.
