I wasn't sure what to expect when I first arrived for my appointment. I had been dealing with some lingering health issues post-surgery, and after hearing about the potential benefits of acupuncture and health coaching, I thought I’d give it a shot. Unfortunately, my experience felt more frustrating than fruitful. The staff interaction was lacking; I felt dismissed and unimportant during my visit, which only added to my stress. The acupuncture session itself was fine, but without the supportive environment I hoped for, it felt a bit like a band-aid on a much bigger issue. I left wishing I had felt more seen and heard. While I appreciate the holistic approach they promote, I can’t say I’d return after this experience. They really could benefit from improving their communication and support systems if they want to create a welcoming space for healing.

However, when it came to my refund for an overpayment, the process felt sluggish and communication was lacking. I found myself frustrated as I awaited a response. I understand that handling insurance can be complex, but improving the speed of refund processing and keeping clients updated would be a significant step in enhancing their service. I occasionally find myself here for health coaching too, and I appreciate the holistic approach they take, but I do hope they can streamline the financial aspects more effectively in the future.

I’d heard so much about how impactful integrative medicine could be, so when I found myself feeling under the weather recently, I thought it was the perfect opportunity to give it a try. Walking in, I was looking for a warm, welcoming atmosphere and a staff that felt genuinely caring. Unfortunately, that’s not what I experienced. While the services offered seemed promising, my interaction with the staff left a lot to be desired. They were unfriendly and not very helpful, which only added to my disappointment. I arrived hoping for a holistic approach that combined acupuncture and health coaching, but the lack of communication from the staff made it hard to feel reassured about my treatment plan. I wanted to feel listened to and supported, especially given my health concerns, but instead, I mostly felt dismissed. After my treatment, I realized that effective communication is crucial in any healthcare setting, and this was sorely lacking. I hope they can work on improving the quality of their service and create a more positive environment for future patients. It would make such a difference in the overall experience. It's a shame, because I believe in the principles of integrative medicine and the potential it has to help so many. But my experience left me feeling more confused than cared for.
