I wasn’t thrilled with my recent experience at Atlantic Endocrinology & Diabetes Center, where I went for an immigration health check for my green card application. The staff were incredibly friendly and made me feel welcome, but the organization felt a bit chaotic. I can honestly say my experiences here have been a bit of a mixed bag. Doctor Stella is knowledgeable and takes the time to discuss health concerns, which I appreciate. However, the waiting times can be pretty frustrating; it feels like they could use a better scheduling system to accommodate patients. Some of the staff members shine with their friendliness, but unfortunately, I encountered a few who could really work on their customer service skills. I think improving the attitude of the receptionists and phlebotomists could make a huge difference. Overall, while I got the health check-up I needed, I left feeling somewhat disappointed with the service. There’s definitely room for improvement here! 🤔
