What drew me to this place was Dr. Derek's approach to chiropractic care. From the moment I stepped in, I was greeted with warm smiles and a friendly atmosphere. I’ve been dealing with some persistent discomfort, and I left feeling a noticeable difference in my body. The spinal adjustments were precise and gentle. I really appreciated how Dr. Derek took the time to explain the process and suggested some stretches to incorporate into my routine. I could feel my range of motion improving right away! It’s definitely a spot I’ll return to when I’m in need of some health maintenance.

After spending some time trying to set up my appointment, I was really disappointed with my experience. I had to cancel due to a sudden illness, and I was hoping for a bit of understanding, maybe even a waiver on the cancellation fee. The staff was helpful, but it felt like the communication could have been better regarding cancellation credits. It’s so tough navigating health care sometimes, especially when you just want to access the care you need. I've been here a few times before, and while the service has been decent, this time left me feeling frustrated. I just hope they can improve on how they handle these situations in the future.

Dr. Atchley took the time to thoroughly explain everything and made me feel safe and well cared for during the consultation. The staff was incredibly friendly, making the overall atmosphere warm and inviting. I really appreciated how they made sure I understood the chiropractic adjustments and related therapies. It's clear they genuinely care about their patients. If you’re in need of some healing and relief, I can’t recommend this place enough!
