I didn’t expect to feel as rejuvenated as I did after my chiropractic session! From the moment I walked in, the friendly atmosphere immediately put me at ease. Dr. Dorchester was incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything, which really helped me understand the benefits of the adjustments. I’ve always struggled with my posture, especially during long hours at my desk, but I left feeling light and aware of how I carry myself. It’s quite remarkable! After my session, I felt more confused than when I walked in. I was really looking forward to some chiropractic work and massages, especially since I've been managing PCOS and thought this could help. Unfortunately, my experience was quite disappointing. Dr. Sabal seemed rushed and the communication just wasn't there. I had some questions about the treatments, but it felt like nobody really took the time to address them. The staff, too, felt unresponsive which didn't help with my comfort level. I recommend improving communication and being more open to patient concerns. With some adjustments, this place could really shine.

I went in hoping for significant pain relief, and while I did feel a bit of relief after the adjustments, it wasn't as dramatic as I had hoped. Plus, I had some issues with the staff's attitude—definitely not the warmest welcome. 😕 Also, there were some billing hiccups that left me a bit confused. It would be great if they could work on making sure billing codes match up better. I know mistakes happen, but it added a bit of unnecessary stress to the whole experience. Overall, I appreciated the treatment itself, and I might give them another shot, but I really hope they can improve on the little things.
