I had no idea what to expect when I signed up for a yoga class at Asta. The space looked promising, and I was excited to find a local place to unwind and destress. Unfortunately, my experience started on a disappointing note. The reception was a bit unwelcoming, which threw me off right away. What’s more, I felt a distinct lack of support during the class, especially since I was nursing a bit of an injury. I was hoping for some guidance, but the staff didn’t seem very available or friendly. I think Asta could be great if they focused more on making newcomers feel welcome and provided better support for folks like me who might need a bit more care.
