Given how expensive fertility treatments can be, I would have appreciated some financial guidance as well. There’s no place I wanted to feel more supported than during my fertility journey, but my experience here left me feeling frustrated and dismissed. I found the customer service a bit rude, and it seemed like my questions about natural fertility options weren't taken seriously at all. I really wanted guidance and understanding, but instead, I felt more confused and frustrated. It would be great if they could improve communication and truly focus on patient support. Transparency about the options available would also make a huge difference. It’s so vital to feel valued and respected when navigating such a personal and delicate journey, and unfortunately, I didn’t get that here.
