When I first booked a couples massage, I had high hopes for a relaxing experience. Unfortunately, it didn't quite hit the mark. The atmosphere was nice enough, but the actual massage left a lot to be desired. I expected a soothing experience but felt more pressure than relief, which was frustrating. To make matters worse, there were inconsistencies in the pricing when I checked out, which added to my disappointment. The staff seemed rushed and not very attentive, making the whole experience feel a bit impersonal. I really think with some adjustments to the quality of their massages and a bit more attention to detail, they could improve overall. I left feeling unsatisfied, and that’s not what a spa day should be about.

What really stood out during my visit was the warm and inviting atmosphere. From the moment I stepped into this little gem in Chicago, I felt all my stress just melt away. I opted for a Thai massage, and it was hands down the best massage experience I’ve had. The therapist truly knew what she was doing, focusing on every knot and tension point. I’ve had massages before, but this was on another level. The staff were so friendly and attentive, making sure I was comfortable the entire time. If you’re looking for a relaxing retreat to escape the hustle and bustle of city life, I can't recommend this place enough!
