I never expected to find such a gem like Aroma nails and spa for a pedicure! The foot massage I got was out of this world, totally melted my stress away. After just a few visits to this spot in Round Rock, I have to say I’m pretty frustrated. I went in for a fill and soak off and honestly, the quality was not what I expected. The nail work felt rushed, and the finish was less than stellar. I appreciate a busy salon, but that shouldn’t compromise quality or customer care! Ty was nice but didn’t seem very attentive during the process, which left me feeling a bit unimportant. 😕 I really wanted to love this place given the cute vibe, but I think they have some work to do on their services and overall customer experience.
