The cozy studio with its infrared panels created this peaceful atmosphere that felt almost like a little retreat. 🙏 I loved the gentle, candlelit slow flow followed by a deeply restorative Yoga Nidra session. I genuinely left feeling lighter, both physically and mentally. Plus, I’m super excited to become a member and explore their other classes like the Cardio Flow!
