I think it’s essential for any health service to create a supportive and respectful environment, especially one dealing with such personal treatments. While the facility is nice and clean, the whole experience left me feeling more anxious instead of relaxed. I’m not sure I’ll be back, but hopefully, they can improve the client-care aspect in the future.
