What I loved about the place was the atmosphere, but unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. I recently went in for a nail fill and pedicure, hoping to enjoy a relaxing time, but it turned out to be quite uncomfortable. The staff seemed rushed, and I felt like they didn’t pay enough attention to my needs. At one point, I even felt an injury during the pedicure, which left me feeling upset. I really think they need to improve their customer service, especially when it comes to addressing issues. It’s a shame because I was looking forward to a great pampering session and left feeling anything but relaxed.
