Apple Dental Care

I walked in hopeful for a positive experience at Apple Dental Care, especially for my family's dental needs. Honestly, I left feeling pretty frustrated. The staff seemed overwhelmed, and communication was lacking. I had some questions about the treatments for my kids, and it felt like I was just getting rushed through without clear answers. Also, the wait times were longer than I expected, which didn't help the situation. I really think there's potential here, but they need to improve the way they interact with patients and streamline their processes. Right now, I’m on the lookout for a new dentist.

The moment I walked into the childcare play area, I was a bit taken aback by how crowded it felt. I understand that families need space, but it was overwhelming, and the odor was quite off-putting. I was hoping for a relaxing visit, but instead, it turned into a tedious waiting game. The staff seemed overworked and couldn’t keep up with the needs of the little ones, which made the experience even more challenging. I really think they need to rethink their scheduling—maybe reducing the number of appointments in this area or boosting staffing would help? It's such a pivotal part of their service, and with some improvements, it could really shine.

What I loved about Apple Dental Care in Logan Square was the clean and welcoming environment, but I found the experience a bit disappointing. I came in for a dental cleaning, and while the service was decent, the organization and communication at the front desk really needed improvement. I felt like there was a lack of coordination among the staff, which made the whole visit a bit frustrating. I really want to keep my oral health in check, so I hope they'll tighten up their process. I still believe in supporting local, so I might give them another chance.
