I was blown away by the great location in North Mountain Village, where I found this place to be a calm oasis amidst the usual Phoenix hustle. The gym itself has solid 24/7 access and a few unique services like the free massage chair pass, which I appreciated after a long week. However, I did have a few hiccups with the customer service. I felt like the staff could use a dash more professionalism—they seemed a bit casual and not as attentive as I’d hoped during my visit. It’s a shame, really, because the facilities are nice and inviting. If they could step up their game in customer support, this place could be a real gem for health and wellness!
