I wasn’t sure what to expect when I decided to treat myself to a massage, but wow, was I in for a surprise! From the moment I walked in, I felt the stress of the week melting away. Candy, my practitioner, was incredibly professional and attentive, making sure I was comfortable throughout the entire session. The moment she began the massage, I could feel my muscles relaxing, and by the end, I felt completely rejuvenated! It’s hard to find that perfect balance of relaxation and relief, but Candy nailed it. If you're looking for a way to unwind and escape the daily grind, I highly recommend indulging in this experience. Can’t wait for my next visit!

I was really looking forward to my Sports Massage at Anna Healthy & Beauty Inc in Gravesend, but unfortunately, the experience didn't meet my expectations. First off, the staff seemed a bit unprofessional. I felt like they were rushing through the process, and rather than relaxing, I ended up with bruises and a lot of pain. I also wish they could communicate better; a little bit of English from the therapists would have gone a long way in making me feel more comfortable. It’s a lovely space, but the service left me disappointed. I think they could do wonders with some training on how to treat clients and improve their communication skills.

I was really looking forward to my hot stone massage, hoping it would help with my soreness. Unfortunately, I left feeling even more pain than when I arrived. The massage itself was nice and the stones were soothing at first, but I think there needs to be more focus on the actual mechanics of the hot stone technique and perhaps even a longer duration for it to be effective. I definitely won’t be rushing back for this service, but I hope they can improve it for future clients.
