The moment I walked in, I was hopeful about getting the perfect prescription for my safety glasses, especially since I use them for work. Unfortunately, things didn't go as planned. After a long wait, I was handed a pair that didn’t feel right at all. I found myself squinting and feeling a bit dizzy, which isn’t ideal when you need to focus on the job. I had to return multiple times, and the staff, while they were nice enough, didn’t seem to take my concerns seriously each time I brought up the issues. I finally got a refund due to the repeated prescription errors, but it took way longer than it should have, leaving me pretty frustrated. I think they really need to work on their communication and improve how they handle prescriptions. I wanted to walk out with the right pair of glasses but ended up feeling more confused than ever. My experience was underwhelming, and I hope they can turn things around for the next person.
