I wasn't exactly filled with confidence during my visit. I went in seeking an injection treatment, hoping for a boost in my appearance, especially after being unhappy with the results from a previous injector. Jasmine was friendly enough, but it felt like the staff really needed more training. There was a lot of confusion about the procedure, which left me feeling frustrated and uncertain. I could tell Jasmine was trying her best, but I think they could improve the overall training for their team to ensure everyone is on the same page. I came in with high hopes for aesthetic improvement, so this visit was a bit disheartening. I might consider giving it another shot in the future, but I really hope the staff gets the support they need to provide a better experience.
