It's rare for me to leave a negative review, but I was quite disappointed after my last visit. I went in for a full set of acrylic nails, and I was really hoping to walk out feeling fabulous. Unfortunately, the experience was not what I expected. The staff seemed a bit overwhelmed and unprofessional, and Jenny, who did my nails, didn’t quite have the attention to detail I had hoped for. I left feeling that the training could be improved. The nails themselves looked okay but not up to the standard I love. I'll probably give it another shot down the road, but I really think they need to focus on better service and staff training to enhance the overall experience. 🌟
