I was told results would be ready in 2-3 days, and when I tried to reach out for them, I felt completely ignored. I understand these are busy times, but it’s unsettling not to have a clear line of communication when it comes to my health. I was hoping for a supportive experience since health is such a sensitive topic, but it left me feeling unvalued. I really wanted to love this place, but unfortunately, the unresponsiveness overshadowed the initial promise.
