While the facility looked great and the services seemed comprehensive, the interaction with the front desk staff left me feeling disappointed. They were a bit unprofessional and not the welcoming faces I expected for a health and wellness center. I had a medical consultation, and though I left with some insights, I felt uncertain about the effectiveness of the treatment options presented to me. I think they could really enhance the experience by training their receptionists to be a bit more engaging and professional. Overall, I appreciate their focus on chiropractic care and injury recovery, but I hope to see improvements in customer service when I visit again.
