Customer Reviews
Sherri S.
I wasn’t prepared for the disappointing experience I had during my visit for blood work. As someone who already grapples with mental health challenges, I was hoping for a supportive environment, but instead, I felt humiliated and discriminated against. Dr. Patrick's manner was off-putting, and I found the staff to be surprisingly rude. It’s disheartening when you're seeking help, and the last thing you need is to feel worse from the treatment you receive. I believe there’s a real need for improved communication and more empathetic care in these situations. It would make all the difference, especially for those of us already vulnerable due to mental health issues. I left feeling more anxious than when I arrived, and it’s a shame because this place has the potential to be truly supportive.
