During my time trying to get a prescription filled, I felt quite frustrated with the pharmacy service here. I went in, hopeful and ready for a smooth experience, but unfortunately, the staff was unresponsive to my questions. There was a lack of communication that left me feeling disappointed. I really wanted everything to go according to plan, but it seemed like my instructions were overlooked. I think a little more attention to details and clearer communication would make a world of difference.

After hearing some positive feedback, I decided to check out the healthcare services. Unfortunately, my experience was far from what I expected. The staff seemed a bit clueless about the referral process, and I ended up feeling frustrated and unsatisfied with the treatment I received. It felt like they were more focused on everything but the core services I needed. I really hope they can improve their approach because there’s potential here, but I left feeling quite disappointed.

I was really hopeful when I decided to visit AHF in Hillcrest for an urgent walk-in appointment. I had a few concerning health issues that needed attention, and I thought the team here would be able to help. While the facility is welcoming and the staff seem knowledgeable, I ended up feeling a bit disappointed. The communication just wasn't timely—after my appointment, I found myself waiting for callbacks that never came. It would really benefit them to streamline their communication process and set more realistic expectations for follow-ups. I believe with a little work in this area, AHF could provide an even better experience for those seeking support. I appreciate the services they offer, especially for those dealing with HIV, but I think there's room for improvement in their follow-up approach. 😕
