I was blown away by how frustrating my last visit was. I had gone in with the hope of downloading data from my SD card, but the entire system was down. If that wasn't enough, the staff member I interacted with, Stephanie, was rather rude and dismissive. I understand that technical difficulties happen, but a little better communication about the system status would have gone a long way. I'm usually a patient person, but this experience left me feeling unheard and frustrated. I occasionally rely on these services, but I'm now hesitant to return after this encounter.
