After my first experience with flu and COVID testing in Hyde Park, I have mixed feelings. I appreciated that I could make appointments even when clinics were closed, which is super convenient for someone with my busy schedule. However, I found it a bit frustrating that the availability of tests wasn’t super clear. I think a little more transparency would go a long way to improving the overall experience. Still, it's nice to know that there are options out there for health testing when I need them!

I was blown away by how long it took to get my telemedicine consultation. I was hoping to get quick treatment for a cold, but the wait was frustrating, and I ended up feeling more confused than when I started. The staff seemed overwhelmed and not very efficient, which made the entire experience a bit disappointing. It would really help if they could find a way to reduce the wait times and maybe even look into lowering the fees. I've been here a few times before, but this one just didn't meet my expectations.

It would be much smoother if they could streamline appointment organization and enhance communication about available providers. Honestly, with a little more attention to these details, it could transform the entire experience. I’m hopeful for improvement, as this clinic has great potential in our community.
