I walked in to ACCESS Martin T. Russo Family Health Center in Bloomingdale, hoping for some continuity of care, especially with my medical needs. Unfortunately, I left feeling a bit disappointed. It seemed like the staff were doing their best, but the rotation of doctors was quite chaotic. This may not be a huge deal for some, but for me, building a relationship with my healthcare provider is key. I really think they could benefit from a better system to manage those rotations, so patients don’t feel like they're starting from scratch with a new doctor every visit. There's potential here, but they just need to refine the flow a little bit. I hope to see improvements in the future because they truly offer a great range of services.
