A Pure Spa II

After spending time at the spa, I have to say I was a bit disappointed with the spa pedicure I received. I've had better experiences elsewhere, and I expected a higher quality service for the price. While the ambiance was relaxing, the actual pedicure left much to be desired. I felt that the attention to detail was lacking, and the end result didn’t feel like a professional job. I hope they can improve the quality going forward because I would love to come back and have a better experience.

After just a visit, I had high hopes for my manicure and pedicure, especially given the good recommendations I'd heard. The ambiance was lovely, and I was excited to spruce up my nails for an upcoming event. Unfortunately, I faced some smudging issues almost immediately after the service. I definitely expected more longevity and a fresher polish selection given the price. It was a bit disappointing since I occasionally treat myself to these services, hoping to leave feeling fabulous. I think updating the polish inventory could make a world of difference! Overall, it’s a nice spot, but I might think twice about my next visit.

I never expected to find such a gem in the middle of Manhattan! I decided to treat myself to a gel manicure, and let me tell you, it was everything I hoped for and more. The staff was so friendly and attentive; they made the entire experience relaxing and enjoyable. My nails have been shining and chip-free for over a week now, which is honestly a miracle considering how often I use my hands. If you're looking for a place that truly knows how to pamper your nails, this is the spot to visit. Highly recommend!
